How are you spending the 3 day weekend?

I figure to try to build another SFG rack and sterilize the topsoil I am using for it and this afternoon , my neighbors and I plan to watch the hotair balloons as they land in the fields around us. Maybe grill a couple of steaks after my date gets off work. What are your doing?

Kids are gone to their dad's. My best friend is up at her cabin with her daughter. Worked today and got paid double :D It has been fairly cool this weekend, but today is really nice. Just putzing around the place doing things.

My first asparagus are coming up so we may harvist them for dinner tonight, yummmmmm!

Hi Jay, Susan, guess I'm not properly "celebrating" the long weekend, fixed a couple things for DD, spending way to much time on the 'net, plan to go to the cemetery in the morning, about daylight for while.

I also painted my 30 foot flagpole for tomorrow.

Trying to get some stuff done around here, as usual.

Geez Jay, you sure do have a lot of dates! How ever do you manage them all?!

Single, no children, two incomes. I try to only date on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and every other weekend.

"I try to only date on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and every other weekend."

Ohhhhh, I see. lol, gotta beat them wimmens off with a stick, do ya? ;)

I'm teasin', I just can't imagine! Personally the thought of going on a "date-date", would have my stomach roiling. I think I may be edging ever closer to hermitess status, such a shame for such a gorgeous gurl! ha.

Hi,,I just used the week end to get things done,,outside and inside. Planted some veggies,,repotted some flowers, dug up some volunteer Pansys and potted in safer place..mowed the never ending fast growing lawn. Needs it about every 3-5 days,,but I don't mow that much, .Enjoyed the pleasant rain and sunshine and warm temps all 3 days..Just was a pleasant time..Take care,,Patsy, MT

Patty,

I chose Tuesday and Thursday nights because they are both "slow" nights and the girls I know like quiet evenings. I avoid the party animal types that live for the weekend. I'm getting to old to consider "gentlemanly manners" as being holding my date by the hair while she's hurling :>)
