I am interested in any models that other universities or companies have used in defining their internal business processes. We are in the process of developing operational level agreements between internal IT departments (i.e. Network Services, Database Services, Call Center). We have an SLA framework defined and now need to figure out how to coordinate internal processes to meet these SLA Commitments. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
