Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with Canon AE-1P with the rewind crank being jammed?. I send mine for repairs but they don't seem to know what to do about it.

They can actually fixed it but after trying thru' 1 roll - the problem comes back again. I have to send it back to them but then after 1 roll or so - the problem reappears.

The workshop even claim that the battery or the "magnet" needs to be changed.

Any ideas?

I have just purchased an AE1 off of ebay in which the seller was not completely honest about what happened. I am looking at having to rebuild it myself. If I find a trick I'll let you know
