I am just not sure it is a headache.....I don't know what it is..but head hurts. I just sat back, and centered myself..I can't stand it, I "feel" an heartbeat...but not mine..it is a pounding.....deep in the earth that I feel in my body. like every 3 seconds a 7 sec. electric pulseing runs up my legs and through my head, and down my legs...I am in a recliner, and not touching the floor. I feel ok, then I get a strong wave of pulsing and get sick to my stomache..that is why I am not posting much!

but would love prayers to ease my sensitivity for now..and I AM using ICB's shielding technique. It sounds awful and makes me really wonder ... What IS it that you are perceiving? It seems huge, whatever it is. It seems like it's a great "pressure" of some sort.

Anyway, I'll continue to pray for your health and that you are surrounded by the calming presence of your Angels tonight. BTW, I get the sense that you might feel better if you could soak in a tub of water for awhile... and drink some water, too. Water seems to be a key ...

I think you're going through a vibrational 'adjustment'. It's part of getting you ready for the work you'll be doing. Fine tuning can be uncomfortable until you get just the right pitch. Hang in there, things should be getting smoother after the 3rd of January.

I would think that you make juices such as the cabbage one with a juicer. You could probably buy it somewhere but I think it would be expensive and not as good for you as a homemade one.
