Sure thing Sandy, Cheese Burger Soup

1/2 lb. burger 3/4c. onions, chopped 3/4c. shredded carrots 1c. diced celery 1tsp. basil 1tsp. parsley 4Tblsp. butter 3c. chicken broth 4c. diced potatoes 1/4c. flour 2c. grated cheddar cheese, I have substituted velveeta 1-1/2C milk salt and pepper to taste 1/2c. sour cream Brown burger. Add butter, onions, carrots,celery, basil, parsley and potatoes, cover and cook until vegtables are semi- tender. Add broth and bring to a boil,. Reduce heat, cover and simmer10-12 minutes. Meanwhile mix well, flour and milk, add to broth,. Bring to a boil and stir contantly for 2 min or until it thickens. Reduce heat, add cheese, salt , pepper and sour cream. Enjoy! Makes 8 servings, I usually double it for us, we have a teen boy and we like leftovers LOL!!! This is really quick to prepare and it's really good, it one of our family favorites. Goes good with homemade rolls or bread hot out of the oven :o)
