WEll almost three years later and I finally get that piece of paper that says that I have successfully completed the "Business Administartion: Marketing and Retail" course at the Community College. Now with the 20+ years experience and this piece of paper in hand I expect the job offers to start pouring in. :o)

Yeah right . How much grey hair goes with that experience . They look at those greying temples and mentally calculate the raised minimum offer theshold and the increased health expenditures. :>) Of course you are in better position to venture on your own. Reach for the stars, you can snag em.
