I forgot to weigh myself this AM, will try to remember tomorrow! Anyone can join at any time. Just set a goal, tell us your progress each Thursday, and give any weight loss hints or tips you have!

I am continuing on my quest to eat healthier foods. No hydrogenated oils, or white flour, and lots of fruits and veggies!

Hello---------well I took a good look in the mirrow this past week---- in a store /ya know one of those three way mirrors-----& wondered who that fat woman was!!!!!!!!!!!?????? HA!!

My nick name use to be "Olive Oil" (ya know like Popeye's girl friend)-----& about 6 years a go I started putting on weight---had never beeen able to gain weight all my life until then---

I have not gained any weight in two years /but I just maintain the same--& I feel it is about 20 to 25 lbs over what I want to be---- never want to be Olive Oil again---but want to drop some lbs!!!

Last week I bought a lot of non-fat yougart--as I felt I needed to build the good guys in my tummy-with the yougart--& start eating breakfast--& that would be the yougart!!

Hubby will go on day shift for the second time in 25 years-(starting on Sat.)--so most of my life I have tried to keep quiet so hubby could sleep--(as he has been on nights 24 of our 25 years of marriage)-which I'm not a Quiet person-- & has been a great challange for me---

Also looking forward to a some what normal eating routine if Hubby is on day shift---

I use to go like a house on fire /or killing snakes---I have slowed down some & I think that is my age /as I just can't do some of the things I use to be able to do----

Use to/ if I made up my mind to do something I did it-----now my old body says /you crazy woman /ya want to do WHAT????????

So I'd like to check in with ya all-----as this "fat Mama" wants to loose some weight!!!!! Will ya all help me?????????????

I'm in shape! Round is a shape?!, I've been battling most of my life, sometime I win most of the time I lose. My problem is no will power. I try to change habits but spouse and children won't go along, of course the boy works at McDonalds and bring home alot of free food, big mac, fish, chicken fries and me with no will power. I do try to exercise,bike riding is my favorite. I guess I need a 20 year old goddess to entice me to lose weight :), it would work my wife would cut my @#$%& off, not alot of weight though :)

Hi! I told you last week about how I weigh myself at the grocery store. Well, I stopped there today and found things were worse. Wah! I must say, I haven't really been trying. Once upon a time I was a runner but things are just so busy now I don't find the time. I'm starting to feel awful, lumpy, old. People on this forum helped me to decide to quit my job a few weeks ago. It won't be over till June and I can't wait that long to find the time. So I'm going to set a goal to get out and exercise 5 days this week and to eat healthier. Also, I haven't smoked for 2 weeks and will stay away from cigarettes. Wish me luck! Good luck to all of you:)

My loss is 10 pounds total, or 1 belt hole. I don't think I have lost any this week, though.

Still at 54 pounds and holding(better than the alternative!). I guess my weight loss has really slowed down. Gotta remember to drink more water and get out and walk.
