Try sending your question to Lancaster Farming. They have a "You ask You answer" page each week that prints questions like this. I've seen the readers come up with parts sources for some odd stuff.

Address your question to:

You Ask-You Answer Lancaster Farming P.O. Box 609 Ephrata, PA 17522 Attention: Lou Ann Good

You can also email questions to: lggod.eph@lnpnews.com

You might have better luck asking if some one has a duplicate slicer with good rubber parts that you can purchase.

Readers with answers either mail or email them to the newspaper for printing in the following weeks. If you submit a question, I'll keep an eye out for any responses and let you know.

I had a simialar problem with my oister/oyster/whatever food slicer. I went to wally world and bought some self sticking rubber and super glue(in case the self stick didn't stick) and made my own rubber pads. It has worked great so far. Still would like to have a big commercial brand tho. I make a lot of jerky.
