What is the diference between the fist act of the play and the first scene of the movie?

Sorry, I'm not sure quite what you mean. The first act of the play is made up of five scenes. The first scene in the four hour version of the movie corresponds to I.i of the play. The first scene with dialogue in the two hour version of the movie corresponds to (bits of) I.ii of the play. But please explain just what you want to know.
