"Cabbage Slaw" Recipe

1 head green cabbage, chop fine (use food processor)
1 small can pimento, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chop fine

Dressing: 1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 t. celery seed
1/2 t. salt
1 onion, mince

Bring dressing to boil. Let cool in refrigerator then pour over slaw. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator, covered. Pour off excess dressing to serve. Keeps in refrierator for a week. Seal in jar so refrigerator does not smell.
