Hello all! Someone on another forum asked about butchering a rabbit, so my DW posted this - I'm pretty sure it was on Country Families. It's a good article by Ann Kanable - here's the URL.

What do you mean spring?? It's summer here.......in the mid 80's all week!!! The best way to butcher rabbits is to have someone else do it. ;>)

Diane, I think I blinked and missed April, May and June.....it's been over 90 here. It's suppose to be in the 70's by Monday, hopefully!!!
