Railroad Union logo ?

Would anyone please help me identify a pin I found in my great uncle's effects . It is round and is split into 3 "pie-shaped" sections , one shows an arm with a lantern hanging from it , one shows an arm gripping a brakehandle(?) , and the other shows a hand over a coupling . I don't know if he wore the pin or it was given to him . Thanks for any info you can give .

A fast answer from a real expert ! Thanks very much ! Some one else saw it and suggested it was a union insignia but thought it was brakemen , but I couldn't find any example of their old logo on the web . I did find some other railroad sites to read in my spare time .

The pin is from the Order of Railroad Conductors. The second item is not a brake handle, but a ticket punch. I have a similar lapel pin and a watch charm with this insignia, both marked "Order of Railroad Conductors".
