How do i change system clock reference

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Video CD : One Thread

I am using TMPGEnc to convert my avi to vcd, that seems to go fine. but when i go to burn it using Easy CD creator Platnium 5, it tells me that my system clock reference is wrong, and it the vcd will not work. How do i change the system clock reference, and what should it be set at?

You may or may not have a virus and the system clock reference may or may not be wrong but the first sure thing to do is to uninstall and get rid completely of Roxiosh Easy Coaster Creator: do not take this seriously at your own peril. Download a trial version of Nero, install that in its place, and take it from there.

It's the same thing with nero. There's an error message, too. If you have a hardware Dvd Player please tell me if they work on it nevertheless.

Yep, i have the same problem. I'm using also easy cd creator and it keeps telling me that my system clock reference is wrong. I havn't found any answers, but I think I'll download nero 6.
