Ray Gosling and his fate

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

Does anyone know what happened to the superb and erudite treasure, Ray Gosling, broadcaster. There have been some programmes about him and his attempt to hang on to his house, which came under threat as he was nursing his dying partner.A wonderful brain with a great slant on the world of banks/lenders/solicitors/government.

Jacquie, It seems that you should have been watching BBC-4 last night because according to todays' Guardian TV Review, there was a programme entitled 'bankrupt' about Ray Gosling. I imagine that the BBC would be able to give you details of the programme / makers / plans to show it again etc..

He was of course resurrected in comic form as "Roy Mallard" in Radio 4's "People Like Us". Strange thing is that if you do a web search for "Roy Mallard" + "Ray Gosling" together, it throws up no match. Has no-one twigged the obvious derivation?
