Mr. Gore just delivered the most enthusiastic speech in Orlando that I may have ever heard in my life. He hit on every point that the present administration has been trying to cover up. My arms are literally tired from clapping.

That's the main premise here when it comes to the Bush Administration. It is how much can you cover up the truth, and just how much smoke can you blow in the faces of the American people. They get us so involved with their "war" talk that we forget just how bad a job they are doing with domestic issues like unemployment.

Al is on a roll now & he's coming to get you GW Bush. He is totally disgusted with what you have done to the little guy in this country, and his main issues are employment & Social Security. No more smoke & mirrors to blind us because the truth is GW Bush robs from the "poor" and gives to the "rich". Now the real Robin Hood, Albert Gore, is back with the right way of doing the job. He is NOT dyslexic.

Just remember the little guys down here in the trenches fighting for you on a daily basis. We are appreciative of any help you can provide. And please let's not be like THEY are when they cut us down. Not all Republicans are bad, and Mr. McCaine leads a rag tag minority that we should welcome to join us.

The troops are ready to muster, Mr. Gore, sir. Our government has been usurped by corporate pirates, and now it is time to get it back. Will we win the war? Of course we will if we have a strong domestic economy then we can not lose.

Mr. Gore, Maybe Not New, But.....

Aboslutely improved. Mr. Gore is fighting mad about issues that concern Americans first such as employment, & Social Security. When he left this nation had a surplus, and now it supports a big "fat" deficit. You would have thought we learned from the 1980's as we spent the 90's paying the bill. When the government runs in the "red" then eventually everything suffers.

This administration has already made it crystal clear that all it cares about is "terrorism" & it's war against it. That means every domestic issue gets the back burner until it charrs, or goes cold from neglect. Sorry, but unless you have a reasonable, and sensible domestic policy then you will not win any kind of "war" at all.

Mr. Gore knows how all these pieces of what makes our country run on a daily basis work together. Neglecting one element doesn't help the other elements run efficiently. The big "gear" is jobs because working people buy the American Dream. The unemployment monkey wrench won't even be touched by the present administration as they are too busy trying to push another tax cut for the wealthy.

A Rip in the Flag

My fellow Americans. I see a rip in the very fabric of this nation that just gets bigger & bigger every day. It's a tear in the US flag starting out small, but growing bigger all of the time.

Are we a truly "united" nation? We face the facts that there are problems in this world that must be discussed, but it has never been the assertion of the people of this country to go out and aggressively seek an enemy to vanquish no matter how wicked or vile that enemy may be. As "evil" as Hitler was in Europe, it basically took "Pearl Harbor" to get this nation involved in World War Two.

We are a "peace" loving country in essence, so we have to have great justification before we take action on an enemy. In Afghanistan we had plenty of justification against a Taliban enemy without Al-Qaeda killing our people or destroying our buildings. If we would have never been attacked, would we have taken the cause of Afghanistan so personally & seriously? I think not. Still a "free" Afghanistan is a good end result for an action to catch outlaw terrorists still at large today. Unless proven dead or captured then bin-Laden and his cronies are still active in my book and very dangerous.

Our military claimed the mistake of not putting enough troops on the ground, and that is why bin-Laden got away. I find the military at no fault whatsoever in this error. We didn't get enough troops in because we were too busy trying to calm Pakistan, a nuclear power, who in return escalated tensions between herself & India, another nuclear power. Militants bombed India's Parliment to provide a diversion to keep Musharraf off balance providing an even more porous border between Pakistan & Afghanistan. If you have to put troops up against India then you can not use those troops to get bin-Laden.

As for Mullah Omar? He jumped a motorcycle and headed for the hills. He got away without a trace? At the beginning getting these ringleaders was a very important issue, but now that we can't trace them they are not essential anymore.

Al-Jazeera had no good reason to broadcast the latest bin-Laden tapes, but of course they are just exercising journalistic freedom. Yet if anyone in this nation should exercise the right of "free speech" and dissent against the current administration's methods then we should be set upon until we shut up. Well as long as the enemy has a way to voice their opinions, justify their actions & possibly carry out their "vile" plans then I think the citizens of this "great" nation should be able to voice their opinions without fear of reproachment.

That is why I respect, value, and encourage folks to voice their opinions as they see fit. I will not allow anyone on this board to be attacked, threatened, or accused in anyway. I respect all opinions including dissenters as long as they can voice that opinion in a polite and semi-intelligent manner. I don't tolerate name-calling profanity-spewing "witch" hunters that come here with the intent to accuse & humiliate posters, and I will take action against them.

TEACHING TERRORISTAS!

We have basically taught "terrorists" what to do to TRY TO BRING US DOWN. First you DON'T CONFIRM that you have cut off the head of the SNAKE. Then you let the ENEMY scatter to the four winds. After that the we let them know NOT TO GROUP TOGETHER in HIGH CONCENTRATIONS unless they WANT TO DIE OR GET CAUGHT. So they stay in groups of 15 or less.

Say you have a pesky weed like say a dandelion in your lawn. Do you PULL IT OUT BY THE ROOT? Or do you wait for it to GO TO SEED then HACK IT DOWN WITH A LAWN MOWER? The result of this is a LOT MORE DANDELIONS. That's what was done in Afghanistan, and soon we will have a lot more "terrorists" springing up like weeds ALL OVER THE PLACE.

I made a point that I would not allow anyone to be attacked, accused, or ridiculed. I mean as a personal attack against a poster in order to stop them from posting. You can of course go after the present administration any way you see fit especially when they are wrong. And of course if you want to rip apart the dittoheads and closet "nazis" that come on this board like they own it to run people down then of course be my guest. I will even help you in that case. I love helping to pound in "coffin" nails for those who have it coming to them. And of course there are my good friends who rip me apart for "bad" penmanship and typos.
