'round here, if it's a rib, it's going to get bbq'd with a real sweet spicy sauce. (I'm awful close to Kansas City!) Then as side dishes, you can have a nice green salad, or potato salad, or macaroni salad, or pea salad.... but you HAVE to have baked beans and sweet cole slaw. So, I guess it's not too hard to see why KC is listed as one of the FATTEST cities in the US! LOL! But, man.... it's GOOD! :-)
