Great way to find books

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

Greetings all,

For books I check the sites below to find the best price. These meta-search sites cover just about all book selling sites, both used and new. Check both as they each have some book sites listed only with them.

Happy hunting!

I buy many of my books at the local library sale room for a quarter a piece. Its amazing what you can find with a little searching.

If you want to find a book but can't remember the title, go to Loganberry books - www.logan.com - & submit a book stumper question. They cost $2 each but it's worth it. I was able to find 2 books that I could remember the story but not title or author.

Keep in mind the fact that pretty near any public library can order stuff from libraries all over the country. So if you are interested in a title but want to see before you buy, consider libraries first.
