Banff Autumn Splendor

I am new to nature photography critiques and would be interested in any feedback you could offer. I don't have the specific exposure information. I believe this was taken with my 28mm sigma lens with no filters, just beautiful warm light!

Nice shot. Great colors in the leaves, and good depth to the photo. Since the upper sky is washed out, I'd recommend cropping just above that tallest peak to keep the focus on the ground and keep some color in the sky.

Beautiful shot Gary. Try a split neutral density filter sometime. They are a flat piece of glass with clear on the bottom and at about the horizon line they gradually get darker on top. They come in different "stops" of density. I use a #2 most often. That will allow you to underexpose the sky 2 stops and pull it back down to an acceptable exposure level.
