Yesterday my friend Mona fixed homemade beef and noodles with corn and home made bread for dinner as I was at their place setting up a PC for them. Tonight they're having a hog roast and her husband is doing the cooking. He's actually the better cook in the family. I'm invited to attend to celebrate their first year anniversary in their business since buying it. Nothing yet for Friday or the weekend but I'm trying to keep this rolling along. ;o)

I just got back from the hog roast and it was wonderful. They did two and still ran completely out two hours before they thought they'd wrap things up. It was a great time and the food was delicious. ;o)
