Does any body know what the outcome was in these two cases ? Or where I can get copies, or where I can read the cases online ? Our Favourite solicitor Eversheds have used the above cases to thwart my attempts to get access to MIG and the other documentation I require. Any help appreciated.

I can't find Woolwich Building Society v Brown. There were a lot of hearings relating to Woolwich Building Society v Barnes, which was a possession case. Did Eversheds say which court and which year for each case? Having that info makes searching for the transcripts much easier.

I'm unable to find HMC v Abbott and Collins at all. Again, court and date would help me look for those for you.
