Comments:
1/2 tsp. Gingko leaf
1/2 tsp. Feverfew
1/2 tsp. Skullcap
1/2 tsp. Meadowsweet
1/4 tsp. Cumin seed
1/8 tsp. dried Ginger or 2 thin slices fresh Ginger
2 cups boiling water

Pour the water over the herbs in a pot and cover. Allow to stand for 20 minutes, then drink as needed.

Uses: Headache, Pain

Comments:
4 tsp. Kava Kava tincture
2 tsp. Willow tincture
2 tsp. Skullcap tincture
2 tsp. Feverfew tincture
1 tsp. Licorice tincture

Combine the tinctures and store in a 1 oz. amber glass bottle with a dropper assembly. Take 1 dropperful 3 times a day or as needed.
