Well, that's a very hard question to answer. But, I'll try to explain it. First, as the other person noted, you move your legs like a frog. And your arms should move kinda like your praying. Hands- Straight out forward, hands pointing to the end of the pool, then move your hands in the shape as you pray. Except around in a circle then pray. It's kinda a hard stroke to explain. But there are many other sites with tutorials, and pictures. They might help more than we try to explain. But, GoodLuck..It's my fav. stroke..I've been swimming it since I was a baby. :)
