Here the same again! I have lost 14 pounds in 3 months though. So I am pretty happy with that. I have really changed my buying habits a LOT, so I think that the effect of that will soon show up in the weight as well.

Okay - I'm joining in 'cause I need to be accountable to somebody! ;)

My goal is to lose 10 lbs. - I went clothes shopping yesterday (I just needed new jeans & 1 shirt) & after trying on several things (yuck) decided that I'm not buying anything until I lose 10 lbs.

I've decided to keep a small journal with weight each morning & what's eaten each day. I think that'll help me think about what I'm doing each day.

Stayed the same. Feeling good, though.

Question for anyone--does metabolism slow as we get older, simply because we are less active, or would it be slower than it was at a younger age, even if you were doing identical amounts of exercise at each age? Just curious.
