To dry washed greens, put them in a plastic grocery bag lined with several layers of paper toweling. Then close the bag and spin it around in a loop a few times, like a lasso. The greens are dry and ready to dress.

You can put them in a clean kitchen towel instead of the plastic bag with the paper towels -- same idea.
