Correct on the game the Player batting behind Bobby Mc Clain was Shawn not Matt Pritchett. The other infor goes the same.

On Thursday March 28,2002 the Grady Grey Knights Varsity Baseball team played the Pace Knights. The game started of a little slow and allowing one(1) run in the first inning and (1)one in the second inning to the Pace Knights. Senior Pitcher Todd Fuller came in and shut down the knight through the rest of the game. Just when all was hopeless and the Grady Grey Knights would take their first region lost in the bottom of the seventh inning with grady being the home team they emerged. Sophomore Anthony London lead off the inning with a Triple, following him was Sophomore Bobby Mc Clain hit a double and scoring Anthony London that made the score 2-1. Matt Pritchett followed Bobby with a long single scoring Bobby which tied the game. Freshman Noah hit a long single and Matt couldn't score to win the game and the game went into extra innings. After a big inning the Grey Knight fell short and couldn't pull this one off in the late evening and night fall fast. The entire game was a Team effort of all the players, which gave them their first region lost. We will not have another one. This was the best and exciting game played this season thus far. Please come out and support the Grady Grey Knights. Giving Thanks to Maranda (freshman basketball player) and her crew for their support at this exciting game. Keep it up. The next game will be Tuesday April 2, 2002 at Pace Academy. The next home game will be after the break on April 15, 2002 at 4:30pm at Price Middle against Paideia. We look forward to seeing you.

The Grady Grey Knights Varsity Baseball team defeated Carver yesterday at Price Middle School by the score of 19-4 with great offense and good defense. Sophomore Anthony London and Junior Brian Dumas had big tripples and earn three(3) RBI each on their hits. Brian also pitch a complete game with 6 strike outs. There were other great hits as well as defense during the game from the other team members. The win was a big team (and comical effort, you had to be there). Come out to support the team today at 4:30pm at Price Middle School when they take on Pace Academy.
