Prayer request please

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Country Families : One Thread

on Tuesday Night I got a call from my sister that MY Grandmother, who has been doing fairly well in a nursing home was taken to the Intensive Care Unit and was very sick, and that I'd better come. Yesterday I came down to Knoxville to see her. She is in a Coma, with acute system failures. Please pray for her-she is 85, has had a great life and is, I believe ready to go, but I would like for you to pray that she doesn't feel pain and has an "easy" passing. Also if you could pray for my family-this is a difficult time for us and especially my aunt who has been her caregiver these last few years. Thank you.

Kelly, we will keep your family and your Grandmother in our prayers. Grandparents have a special place in Heaven, I'm sure! Jan

Most definitely Kelly, you and your family will be in my prayers. I know this is a difficult time for you but what a blessing to know she is ready to go.

You're in our prayers! Grandma's are special indeed! Our two daughters would be lost without Grandma here to love them! We'll be praying for the peace of God in your lives during this trying time!
