Sorry to hear it Kristean. I hope you find something very soon. In this area we have a regional organization called Community Concepts that helps folks with all kinds of things such as low interest loans for housing and home improvement, heating assistence and other things. Do you have anything similar in your area?

i sent you a private email on this , but too anyone considering a USDA loan , or FSa as they now are called, let me tell you , we started the processon our loan in january, and still arent even done with the application, they have several programs , and most folks that are planning an ag business qualify,

but, they have hurdles and hoops you have to follow, one of the big things , i though weas silly, is to get a direct loan , you have to be turned down by at least 2 other lenders... tell me, how does that go for the credit report?

i will post when i find out more, and get an answer, but dont hold your breath , i was told today ,. even though there is 17 million available in Nd, we will have to wait about 60-90 days for our loan answer...
