Here is a couple:OLD-FASHIONED BAKED CUSTARD
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon each: salt and ground nutmeg
Sugar substitute equal to 1/3 cup sugar (i.e., 1/3 cup SugarTwinŽ)
1 teaspoon vanilla extractMix all ingredients in a blender, then pour into 1 medium-sized casserole or 5 individual casseroles, sprayed with nonstick spray. Set casserole(s) in a larger, shallow pan containing 1" hot water. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour, or until knife inserted near edge of custard comes out clean. Let cool briefly, then refrigerate. Serves 5.
Sugar Free Custard
5 Cups Milk
1/3 Cup Sugar Twin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanillaMix all and put into a dish. Put dish in pan of hot water. Sprinkle a little more nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
