Hi Paul,

Your MV is a 2001 model.

This is the meaning of the 17 digits serial number :

(Exple = Z CG F401 BA YV 00 0000)

Z = country of origin (i.e. Italy) CG= Cagiva F401 = model type BA = security code YV = model year (XV=1999-YV= 2000- 1V=2001 and 2V = 2002, V meaning Varese, where the Cagiva factory is)) 00 0000 = bike number.

Simple isn'it ???
