For T-Max 100, Ilfosol-S diluted 1:14 in a Jobo CPE-2+ running at 75 rpm, I'm using 6 min. 15 sec. at 75 degrees F. Can't help you with the 3200.

My bottle of Ilfosol-s has developing times for T-max films. If you are far sighted you will need your glasses or a magnifier to read it. If you like Tmax 100 with Ilfosol-s, you will like Delta 100 even better. I just tired Delta 100 with Ilfosol-s this weekend and I'm not planning to shoot any more T-max 100! Looks closer to Tech Pan for grain.

I'm at home now. The bottle says tmax 100, 1+9 8:30 at 68, 16:00 at 1+14 at 68. No mention of 3200.
