I am trying to convert a Divx codec movie to a vcd format using TmpGEnc which is working fine and is a great program but when i load the video and preview it i get the sound but its a blank screen

the movie is NTSC format

Any help would be great

why don't you try converting the video with avi2vcd avaiable from

I am also experiencing this problem. i read on another website that the best solution to this is to download and install an old Divx311 alpha codec. Although you may already be using Divx 5, the old codec should do the trick. I'll try this out after encoding another file i am working on.
