I live in TN already--although not near you. Just wanted to say that is a VERY lovely part of the country! I do hope you are able to get buyers who appreciate all the work that has been put into it. Orchard? Coop?large garden already there? Wow! Even if you didn't have a view of the mountains--the rolling hills outside sneedville are just beautiful.

Don, I'm sorry I'm not a buyer but I have told a few people about your farm. I live just south of you in Rogersville in Hawkins county. For anyone interested in a homesteader lifestyle Hancock county is excellent. If I am correct they have the lowest property taxes in the state.
