Hello Lianne, I just noticed your request while was searching for something else. For my MA I am interviewing various Registered health professionals who assess older adults who reside in care facilities. The aim of this is to determine how health professionals who work in multidisciplinary teams view assessment, how they inform others of their findings and how this translates to a plan for care. All this of course from a New zealand perspective, as there is very little NZ literature available on the subject. This might be quite differnt from what you are looking for, but I would be interested to hear about your research. Regards Sylvia
