My DTV system stops at 999 and then returns to 1, is this 9409 only available on newer units?

It all depends on what system you have, I have Dish network it is on channel 9409 , don't know what channel Direct tv is , call your satelite service provider!!

We have DirecTV and last night hubby went through all of the channels to see if he could find RFDtv. It isn't there for us. Also, just a side comment about DirecTV, my friend lives within two miles of us and also has DirecTV but her channels are different than mine. I don't know why they are different, but they are. We get the same stations but whereas A&E might be on channel 123 for me and 546 for her. Strange, but true.

Go to search and type in RFDTV This channel is on 9409 if you have Dish satellite, channel 379? on DirectTV.I have not found it on DirectTV yet.I only checked with 2 people.I guess it's an upgrade to get it.RFDTV has farming, old tractors shows, lots of programs on how to train a horse,Polka music, lots of programs that has to do with country. Not a channel to teach you how to live in the country like what this forum is about.RFD repeats itself about every 6-8 hours. But its a good station to watch. Ray The Farm

In answer: RFDTV is Rural Free Delivery TV! It is a channel dedicated to rural life, things like how to train horses, classic tractor shows, ag news etc. There is also a show about steam locomotives around the world that the hubby likes. Oh yes,Highschool rodeos, and the Big Joe Polka Show and Lucy's Cajus cooking (to name a few). Darlene
