Hi! I just moved to NJ and would like to take a Summer workshop in Piano Performance or Piano pedadogy, earn credits towards a MA if possible. I have a Bachelor in Music. Does anybody know where I find an excellent College or University, Tutors, where I learn a lot in short time for reasonable money? Thanks for any experiences or suggestions! Lee

There are Musikgarten workshops taking place in New Jersey this June and they have an excellent workshop called Musik makers at the Keyboard. It was one of the best workshops I did as a piano teacher. Check out www.musikgarten.org for more information.

You could look into Westminster Choir College. They have week long seminars for piano teachers during the summer. Graduate credit is available for an additional cost. Also the New School for Music Study located in Kingson NJ may offer what you are looking for.
