There are 3 chicken thighes unchilling with my name on them for later. The plan is to bread and bake them, maybe fry, I am tired of yellow rice, mashed potatoes, ect. Are there any suggestions?

Pasta cooked with a chicken bouillon(sp?) cube in the water! Potato pancakes. And, don't forget your veggies!

Boil or bake then debone and use the meat with stir fry veggies. Yummy yummy.God Bless.

French fried okra. Dip in egg then cornmeal and salt. Deep fry. Als ahve some pineapple.

I did not have the most ingrediants mentioned I ended up just frying the dead bird pieces in a mix of plain yogert, honey, with a teaspoon of poultry seasoning, then dipped within crushed saltines. It did not work very good in that the breading just fell away after cooking, but I am fed for now and we can discuss tomorrow.

Kristean~I don't know about Mitch, but I want your recipe for twice-baked potatoes. Also, tell me how to make them without having the shell tear to shreds on me. I always seem to havea problem with this. Thanks in advance.
