Perfect Pork Ribs

I have been asked by someone here to share my buisness's recipe for perfect pork ribs. I am delighted to do so.

PERFECT PORK RIBS

Slab pork ribs, however many you need to feed your crowd. 12 lemons , sliced in half. Or 1 cup lemon juice ( like realemon ) Perfect Pork Seasoning

Wash and dry your ribs. Rub the Perfect Pork Seasoning all over them. The more you use, the better it gets. ( It also gets spicier so remember that when you are serving sensitive tonques.). Wrap and refrigerate them for at least 4 hours, overnight is best. Heat your grill. You can use charcoal, gas, or ( my fav.) wood. Grill your ribs , basting with the lemons ( squeeze them right over the ribs, on the grill )or with the cup of lemon juice mixed with one cup vinegar. I use a turkey baster to apply the lemon/vinegar mixture. Cook till they reach 160 degrees internally, about 1 and 1/2 hours. Serve hot, with potato salad, and lemon merenque pie or key lime pie.

If you need info on where to get the spices , email me . We have several customers on the countryside forum, who give it rave reviews. Happy grilling.... Kristean
