Help find our Royal Palm tom a new mate

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

Help, Our pet royal palm turkey (Willie) lost his mate resently and is lonely, the breeder we used to get Royal Palm Turkeys from stopped carring them. We live in Washington state and would like to find an adult hen, we live in the the greater Seattle area, but would go afar for Willie's new mate. If you know of a breeder in this area please let us know, Thanks Chuck & Brenda

Do a google search. Go to www.google.com. Bookmark or "add to Favorites" for future use - always use google. Enter "Royal Palm turkey breeder Washington state" as the search phrase. The first few results give, as always with google, just what you wanted.

16 listings for breeders of these birds in the directory of the SPPA. Most don't have email addys and I doubt they'd like their phone #'s out in web land. But, I bet they'd like to hear from you. Email me and I'll make a copy of the listings and send it to you. Or join the SPPA (society for the preservation of poultry antiquities). It's a great resource and cheap. I don't know the web address, tho I'm sure they have one. Try linking from wwwfeathersite.com Good luck.
