I am looking to take our teams "to the next level"--to high performance teams. We have the basics of teamwork and teams down pat, but we need to hold teams more accountable, deliver on results and provide higher return on investment. Can anyone share models of teams in their organizations? Looking to gather this information fairly quickly, so I appreciate a quick response.
