EOS 650 body to Canon FD lens adapter

I have several Canon FD lens which i would like to use with a Canon 650 EOS body. Can you help me locate an adapter? Thanks, Jay

The eos to fd adapter is availible through pop photos wholsale section however you should know what you will be giving up; 1. your 650 meter will not work with the adapter. 2.since there is glass in this adapter it will add 1.2 times magnification to your fd lenses as well as some image deterioration.3.changing lenses will be a much slower process. my suggestion would be to consider selling some of those fd lenses and look at some of the excellent ef lenses that are availible.

why the hell does a *ADAPTOR* needs glass. it just coverts the EF mount to a FD mount. i don't understand the need of glass in it unless it also does the job of a T/C or something similar.

Different cameras have different distances between the rear nodal point of the lens and the film plane. So for some lens to camera adaptations it's not a simple matter of a metal adapter ring - the optics must be altered as well. Such is the case when attaching an FD lens to an EOS camera.
