Aveda Bath Salts Scent

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

Aveda makes a wonderfully scented bath salts blend. I believe it contains eucalyptus oil, but I cannot be certain. I would love to come close to this scent in my soap making. Does anyone know what combination of essential oils are in Aveda bath salts?

I am not familiar with Aveda bath salts, but if you're not certain it's eucalyptus, it just might be rosemary. I take it you have a place to buy essential oils? Next time you go, smell Rosemary first. (I don't know about you but when I'm in a place like that, my nose very quickly gets 'full' of scents, and it's hard to tell one from the other. Rosemary also has an almost pine needle type of scent. It is very relazing.

If you live near a city (fairly large one) many of them have Avada shops where they mix the scents. If you or someone you know could go and do a little snooping . . .? I like the scent of the hand soap they put in Norwest Airlines bathrooms.
