Cookies any time: Make up the cookie dough, put on a cookie sheet like you were going to bake them, put the cookie sheet in the freezer, and freeze the dough in "ready to cook" dollops. When these are frozen you can put them in a freezer bag, and they will not stick. Cook them "as is" - no thawing necessary.
