HAMMOND, SUDDARDS & EDGE AGAIN!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

Just to advise everyone my fiance, following the brilliant advice on this website is currently fighting an alleged shortfall of £38,000 from 1993.

He has today received a letter in which we have all the usual criticisms, i.e. what relevance etc. so we are going to use the site to respond.

However we did note that the endowment was sold in 1999 - 6 years after repossession - has anyone else come across this and can anything be done about it.

Many thanks for all help.

Try viewing this BBC Online news item first - then follow the recommended steps by the Financial Ombudsman (same on who just ruled 'against' Halifax on the dual rates issue.
