i have to write a considerably large persuasive essay about why swimming is superior in terms of health benefits, any web sites or helpful info is greatly appreciated.

Swimming is low impact, uses allmost all muscles. the athletes work out outragoius amounts of hours. Also on the mental side swimmers tend to be smarter because of all of the focus you use when swimming you have to think about tiny things like finger space and foot angles. Of the top 10 grads at our high school 8 were on the swim team.
