I am trying to come up with prepared food to can so I wondered about ravioli.

I havnt made ravioili,, but how about chilli,, or soups,, or meat slices. I HAVE bought the #10 cans of it,, and re canned it in pint jars

I would think that it would be better frozen. I think it would get mushy with the length of time required to can anything with meat in it.
