Look at the Tamrac line of bags, with the lens-bridge system. These are flexible and can accomadate a variety of gear. They have a lot of models, but I think you need one that holds a camera at each end, and has about four cells for extra lenses. You'll find lots of extra room for film, filters, etc. in these bags. Something like a Pro-8 or so.

How heavy will the load be? (Am I correct to thinjk around 8-14lb?) How far/long will you carry this load? (Well under half a mile, into, out of the house sort of, or longer distances?)

A shoulder bag for significant loads is good for about 5 minutes or a qurter if a mile at a time. Else, you will need weekly support by a chiropractor.

I advise you look how the pros carry their gear: backpacks, hip packs etc. Shoulder bags are generally speaking a pain in the neck, unless you are only transporting your stuff into/out of the car and right to its place of use.

I would suggest the Lowepro ORION AW ($123 at B+H) to you as most suitable to "on the run" use: if you ever consider switching bodies, lenses, film as you walk or travel. But you might just have a friendly knowledgable chiropractor around your house. Then go ahead and wreck your back weekly, by all means!

I agree with Bob. Tamrac bags are of excellent quality and utility, and you could easily find one at www.tamrac.com that would suit your needs. I have four Tamrac bags of various sizes and styles and would reccomend any of them. Once you find the one you like, B&H probably sells it: www.bhphotovideo.com

Lowepro is also a popular brand: www.lowepro.com, but I have never used one.
