3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered milk

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cook until thick, this will take 15 to 20 minutes. This equals one can.

I have not made this myself but assume it is for same day use. If you were going to the trouble of canning might as well buy it already made! I am lazy!!
