Cookware Question

I am in the market for new cookware. I would really love your suggestions. Is the higher priced cookware really worth the expense (like Emeril's)?

The healthiest cookware is cast iron and stainless steel, but you have to be careful to not scratch the stainless steel, it can release certain minerals. 1810 is the best stainless steel and worth every penny imho. I've had a set for over a year now and I love it. Teflon and the like release toxins when you use it. Some of these toxins may be carcinagens. This info is from Home Safe Home by ?Ladd. Because I have chemical poisoning looking at this from a health standpoint is most important. I also love cast iron.

Thats right, cast iron is the best but the most expensive.

You can try cooking.com for help on the various items they have. I would strongly suggest that you also visit www.eatsum.com and purchase their measuring set.Dont waste money on any other measuring tools if you need them.

Hope this helps. Bye
