sport mode of EOS 300

As i cannot set my EOS-300 manually to focus continuously,i have to use the sport mode to shoot fast moving object, but i notice that there is no exposure mark in this mode,so will the camera underexpose due to a high shutter speed?

No. Aperature will be set appropriately by the camera.

The EOS 300/Rebel 2000 defaults to AI autofocus in all the non-PIC modes. It notes a moving target and refocuses continuously. It doesn't do it as well as other EOS cameras but it does do it without having to use the sports mode.
