Sodium reducing in foods...

Canned foods are loaded with "sodium" which is bad for hypertension and other diseases.

To reduce amount of sodium in canned foods, rinse in colander 3 times under running water. This will reduce approximately 2/3 of the sodium in some foods.

Canned vegetables work best for the procedure above.

Also rinse frozen vegetables that have salt added and listed in the ingredient list.
